1. Introduction

The validation of the order by the Buyer signifies acceptance of these rules detailed below.

The confirmation of a command sent by the Seller (in the form of email message) determines the conclusion of the sale-purchase contract in accordance with this Regulation.

3. Orders

Registration
The validation of the order by the Customer requires registration in the database "Clients" page. The requested information is:
• name and surname,
• address,
• Other contact information: email address and telephone number.


Checkout
After validating the order, the customer receives a confirmation message to the email address given. This message contains the order number which will be mentioned in every exchange between buyer and Adrenaline Art.

The order will become effective upon receipt of payment.

4. Payment

Payment in installments:

The payment period can not blank exceeds 45 days end of month or 60 days (new Modernization Act 2008), you can pay in two installments, by sending two checks to the vendor whose total amount will match the order total. Feel free to contact me in advance or for more information.

5 Shipping

For France: The paintings are shipped colissimo recommeded within 48 hours (we provide you the tracking number)
For Europe and the rest of the world: The paintings are shipped colissimo internationnal recommeded.

Delivery
The delivery of the order is approximately 8 to 10 days open (time from the date of receipt of payment).

Shipping Costs
The shipping of ordered arrays are available for France and Europe.

Insurance and receipt of parcels

Each table is shipped with insurance for delivery. However, after receiving the package, the Customer must verify the condition of the goods in the presence of the deliveryman. In case of non-compliance or damage of any kind must, in the presence of the delivery person, write the minutes of a claim. Then, the customer must send the seller a written complaint together with a copy of the minutes of a claim. The client can not get a refund (or exchange) if it has actually fulfilled the conditions mentioned above.


6. Returns and Complaints

Each client has the right to return the painting purchased (at its expense, without the need to mention reason) within the time limit of 7 days from the date of receipt of goods under conditions that the table is not damaged by the client and it is returned in original packaging (or similar).

Customer must include with the returned goods:

- A written statement containing the information back

- The ticket mailroom (or copy) stating the date of delivery.

The refund of returned merchandise will be held within seven days beginning from the date of receipt of the goods by the seller. The costs of returning goods are not reimbursed.



7. Privacy Policy

All information provided by the Customer during the order is not placed within the reach of others. It is used exclusively for carrying out orders through the shop www.johnbeckley.com.



8. Copyright and Restrictions

All text information and pictures of the paintings are protected by copyright. It is prohibited to copy and distribute them, using them for commercial purposes or to present them on other websites without permission of the company ADRENALINE ART or the artist John Beckley.

All materials, descriptions and photos on the site are used to for information.

It is possible that small differences of color images presented in relation to the original. This may result from the different position or the specific hardware of the Customer.
